Iowa State University requires all Industrial Design students to learn the program Solidworks, an industry standard for AutoCAD programs. The course focused on teaching us the majority of the many features Solidworks offers. After completing the book and a few small projects like a display case for an egg or a hairdryer, the final project was to simply create something from either reality or imagination.
